This FarmVille problem makes some farmers a little antsy as they can’t access their Gift Box-stored goodies. This evening some FarmVille Freaks are reporting issue when trying to access (or open) their FarmVille Gift Box. This has become a FarmVille Known Issue and Zynga is aware of the problem and working on a fix.
FarmVille Known Issue:Players cannot open Gift Box

Description: Since 12/07, players are reporting that they cannot open and access their Gift Box.
Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.
