FarmVille Limited Edition Fairy Garden Crops: Purple Toadstool & Red Toadstool
FarmVille introduced two new Limited Edition masterable crops, Red Toadstool and Purple Toadstool, as part of the new Fairy Garden theme.
We at FarmVille Freak love these shroom crops and are happy to see them finally make their way to FarmVille after we first saw them as an unreleased sneak peek! I myself can’t wait to see how they look growing on my farm, but now on to the details.

FarmVille Red Toadstools – 50 Farm Coins per plot
FarmVille Purple Toadstools – 5 Farm Cash for permit
you’ll have to cough up 5 Farm Cash. While 5 Farm Cash is not really a lot and happens to be the cheapest Farm Cash crop that Zynga’s ever offered, we hope this isn’t a new Farm Cash crop trend.
If you are new to Farm Cash crops, this is how it works. Before you can grow Purple Toadstools on your farm, you’ll need to first purchase a permit or license to grow this crop on your farm. The permit costs 5 Farm Cash and is good for 7 days or one week. The time starts at the time of purchase. During the 7 days your permit is active you will be able to grow unlimited amounts of this crop on your farm- it will never wither or die. Finally, it is typical for Farm Cash crops to also be more profitable in that they usually have higher XP and Farm Coin yields as well as shorter harvest times.
Mastery Requirements Red Toadstool
Star Level 1: 650 harvests
Star Level 2: 1,300 harvests
Star Level 3: 1,950 harvests
Mastery Requirements Purple Toadstool
Star Level 1: 350 harvests
Star Level 2: 700 harvests
Star Level 3: 1,050 harvests
